The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release.
Shamir Bell is described as a male Black, 26, 5 feet 3 inches (160cm), 177 lbs (80kgs) with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his right forearm (writing) and left forearm (rose, clock).
He is currently serving a three (3) year and nine (9) month sentence for armed robbery, attempt indictable offence, use imitation firearm and fail to comply with conditions of recognizance.
The offender is known to frequent the Greater Toronto area.
