York Regional Police are investigating an early morning shooting today in Vaughan.
Officers responded to reports of a shooting in the area of Highway 7 and Interchange Way about 1 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 10, police said.
Evidence of a shooting was found, however, there was no victim there, police said.
Shortly after, police were informed a man attended a GTA hospital with a gunshot wound. His injuries are considered non-life-threatening.
Investigators are determining if the man's injuries are linked to the shooting in Vaughan.
Police said there are no public safety concerns.
