A man is charged with sexual assault following an incident on a York Region Transit bus in Vaughan Wednesday.
A woman was on the bus in the area of Jane Street and Rutherford Road at about 4 p.m. Wednesday when a man sat beside her and touched her in a sexual manner without her consent, York Regional Police said in a news release.
The victim told the bus driver what happened, and police were called.
Police located the accused at a bus terminal on Bass Pro Mills Drive.
Kevin Ogbogu, 28, of no fixed address, is charged with sexual assault and breach of probation.
Police believe an interaction occurred with at least one other victim who has not yet reported it.
