Police are investigating the report of a sexual assault a child in the change room at the Markham Pan Am Centre Tuesday.
Two teenage suspects approached the seven-year-old victim in the male change room of the community centre at about 6:30 p.m., York Regional Police said in a news release.
One of the suspects touched the victim in a sexual manner as he exited the washroom, and the victim immediately reported the incident, police said.
One suspect is described as a tall, white teenager, with short black hair in a mohawk style. He was wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts with white stripes, and black Puma slides with white lettering.
