You would d look shocked, too, if you won the spring Draws for Paws 50/50 Lottery

It's the last call for tickets, and a chance of winning more than $85,000, for the Ontario SPCA Spring Draws for Paws 50/50 Lottery.

With just over one week left until the grand prize draw on April 25, time is running out to buy tickets and help animals in need, a news release stated.

Tickets can be purchased online at ontariospcalottery.ca and the more tickets sold, the higher the jackpot grows.

As a registered charity that does not receive annual government funding, the Ontario SPCA depends on generous supporters to change the lives of vulnerable animals, the agency said. By purchasing a ticket in the Draw for Paws 50/50 Lottery, you’re giving the gift of shelter and care to animals in need and helping animals in communities across Ontario, including the York Region animal centre.

“Our Draws for Paws 50/50 Lottery is an exciting way to help animals,” says Stephanie Miller, vice-president of development, Ontario SPCA and Humane Society. “This is the time of year when we see an influx of puppies and kittens, and your support allows us to give them a safe, comfortable place to grow until they are ready to find a loving home.”
