"We've been playing the lottery for years," shared Linda, a 71-year-old cancer survivor.
Linda and Wayne, a married couple, checked their ticket while at home. Linda says she usually checks her tickets on Thursday, but this time she decided to check her tickets on a Monday evening. "I couldn't believe it," Linda smiled. "Wayne double checked the ticket and confirmed the date of the draw, so we jumped in the car to go to the store right away!"
Linda and Wayne shared the good news about their big win with family. "They told us this couldn't have happened to better people," Linda said.
The couple plans to use their windfall for home renovations. "We'll also save some to travel and enjoy some road trips," Linda concluded.
