You can smile when you're indulging your sweet tooth at Tim Hortons this week, as your purchase of a Smile Cookie is supporting your hospital.

Southlake Regional Health Centre kicked off the week-long Smile Cookie campaign today at its Tim Hortons location, as area restaurant owners are donating $1 from every chocolate chunk Smile Cookie purchased to the hospital foundation.

This year, Tim Hortons restaurants in Aurora, Newmarket and East Gwillimbury are all supporting Southlake, with the campaign running from Sept. 16 to 22.

Funds raised will support the most urgent needs at Southlake, including new and replacement equipment not funded by government.
