Thursday, Nov. 9

The Sisters Touch of Christmas Nov. 9 to Dec. 24: An exclusive fundraising, seasonal Christmas store at the St. Kosmas Aitolos Greek Orthodox Monastery, 14155 Caledon King Townline S., in Bolton. It features one-of-a-kind, hand-painted ornaments by The Sisters. In addition to festive gourmet and holiday bakery, the store is adorned with beautiful wreaths, elegant garlands, illuminated decor, seasonal linens, precious nativities and a large variety of timeless ornaments. The store will be open Thursday to Sunday all holiday season.

Friday, Nov. 10

Christmas Soiree: This annual event gives guests an exclusive look at what's on trend this holiday season at Bradford Greenhouses, 3817 Country Rd. 4, from 5 to 8 p.m. Tickets can be found here.

Seasonal Wrapsody, Nov. 10 to 11: The Nottawasaga Handweavers and Spinners Guild is hosting its 11th annual Seasonal Wrapsody at Gibson Centre for Community, Arts and Culture, 63 Tupper St. W., in Alliston from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The show and sale has more than 30 vendors and products featured include holiday decor and Christmas baking. 

Saturday, Nov. 11

Heintzman House Artisan Craft Show, Nov. 11 to 12: Hosting more than 40 vendors, this year’s show has something for everyone on your gift giving list. The event is at Heintzman House, 135 Bay Thorn Dr. in Thornhill from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday. Entry is $5 and free for children 12 and under. Learn more here.

Sugar Plum Fair Craft Show, Nov. 11 to 12: Discover a spectacular line-up of crafters who feature a unique line-up of handmade items with plenty of Christmas shopping options. The show is at Nottawasaga Inn Resort & Conference Centre, 6015 ON-89, in Alliston from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Grace Church Christmas Bazaar: The annual Christmas bazaar includes a bake sale, jams and preserves, gifts, festive lunch, pictures with Santa, Christmas decor, and more. It’s at Grace Anglican Church, 19 Parkway Ave., in Markham from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 12

Holiday Market at Autism Unplugged Learning Centre: With over 40 vendors and numerous free activities for the kids including, Santa's workshop, this holiday event will be at the Autism Unplugged Learning Centre, 23324 Woodbine Ave., in Keswick from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Entry is $2 or a non-perishable food item. Pine Tree Potters’ Guild Annual Fall Sale, Nov. 17 to 19: Get into the holiday spirit by joining the Pine Tree Potters’ Guild at their annual fall sale. Newmarket Santa Claus Parade, Saturday, Nov. 18: Bundle up and bring your family and friends to see the festive holiday floats followed by special guest Jolly Old St. Nick. Don’t forget to bring your letters to Santa to be picked up by Canada Post and your non-perishable food item to be collected for the Newmarket Food Pantry.
