Do you think French women are among the sexiest ladies in the world? That perception by some people might be because they don’t pee their pants when they laugh — even as they mature!
If you are a woman and want to learn how these mademoiselles and madams manage this feat, you are invited to a free Zoom meeting, Jan. 26 at 7:30 p.m. Speaker Nelly Faghani will be focusing on topics we often avoid discussing such as urinary incontinence and pelvic health, in general. There is something you can do to help yourself.
Nelly Faghani was the first physiotherapist in Toronto to start practising pelvic health. She has been exclusively treating pelvic dysfunction since 1998. She currently co-owns and operates seven physiotherapy clinics in the GTA.
The Canadian Federation of University Women Aurora/Newmarket (CFUW A/N) is hosting this event for women in our community as part of our monthly general meeting.
