The Mayor's job is to stand up for his citizens and the town, and that's exactly what he is doing! But where is our MPP who is supposed to represent us at Queen's Park and maybe even save the premier from a case of publicly bullying an elected official, eh?
The disconnect between municipalities and the province is worsening. How else can one explain, for example, that Highway 404 capacity near Newmarket and Aurora is 20 years behind? And now they want to add a major bypass WITHOUT increasing lanes for addition traffic.
We need accountability on all levels of our elected government and not just the municipal. Good job, Mr. Taylor!
