Jurassic World: The Exhibition is the closest people will ever come to living dinosaurs, and dino-enthusiasts and Jurassic World movie fans have one last chance to explore the touring attraction at Square One Mississauga before it departs Canada on May 5, 2024.

Based on one of the biggest blockbusters in cinema history, Jurassic World: The Exhibition welcomes fans of all ages to venture to the remote island, Isla Nublar, made famous in the movie franchise. The thrilling, interactive attraction welcomes visitors to walk through the iconic “Jurassic World” gates, explore richly themed prehistoric environments, and have unique firsthand encounters with life-like dinosaurs.

The family-friendly exhibit of massive proportions, spans 20,000 square feet and provides both an entertaining and educational adventure.  At the Exhibition, visitors have an opportunity to discover elements inspired by the real-world science of dinosaur DNA that allowed Jurassic World to come to life.

The thrilling, interactive experience allows visitors to come face-to-face with amazingly life-size animatronic dinosaurs such as the towering Brachiosaurus, Velociraptors, including fan-favourite Blue, and the fearsome mighty Tyrannosaurus rex. Designed by robotic entertainment powerhouse, Animax Designs, the dinosaurs are remarkably realistic.

“Jurassic World: The Exhibition offers an exhilarating array of animatronic dinosaurs that look astoundingly realistic,” said Michael Mattox, executive vice president at Animax Designs. “This attraction is so technically advanced that guests can really imagine what it would have been like to roam amongst these awe-inspiring creatures.”

At the Exhibition, fans can immerse themselves in Jurassic World’s cinematic universe through innovative technology, great storytelling and immersive installations including Land of Giants, Creation Lab, T. Rex Kingdom, The Raptor Paddock, Gyrosphere Valley and more. They’ll also be able to have hands-on experiences with a myriad of baby dinosaurs, including ‘Bumpy’ from the popular animated series Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous from Universal Pictures, Amblin Entertainment and DreamWorks Animation.

The interactive experience immerses audiences in settings inspired by Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment’s Jurassic World and is produced in conjunction with Universal Live Entertainment, NEON and Animax Designs.

Following an initial launch in Melbourne, Australia, Jurassic World: The Exhibition has become a global success with close to eight million visitors since 2016. It has since opened its gates to excited fans in key regions around the world including the United States, Europe and Asia.

Jurassic World: The Exhibition is in a stand-alone space at Square One Mississauga, located at 199 Rathburn Road West. The Exhibition is open Thursdays to Sundays, from 10 am to 7 pm. Tickets can be purchased for timed-entry admission or VIP Flex passes at jurassicworldexhibition.com.
