On Monday, March 2, 2020, at approximately 7 p.m., officers responded to a parking lot of a grocery store located in the area of High Tech Road and Bayview Avenue for reports of gunshots being fired. When officers arrived, they located several witnesses who advised that the people and vehicles involved had left the area. A short time later, one of the vehicles involved, a tow truck, returned to the scene with several bullet holes in it. The driver was not injured.

After the shooting, everyone involved fled the area. Investigators located multiple shell casing in the parking lot. Officers are asking any witnesses who may have been in the area at the time who have not yet spoken to police to please come forward. Investigators are also seeking any video surveillance from the area or anyone that may have captured dashcam video on the roadways in the area of any of the incidents.
