The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release.
Jason Carter is described as a Caucasian male, 45 years of age, 5'9" (175cm), 155 lbs (70kgs) with brown hair and blue eyes.
He is currently serving a three (3) year and five (5) month sentence for Possession of a Schedule I/II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.
The offender is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area.
