The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squadis requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of a breach of his statutory release.
Daniel Hale, who is known to frequent the Toronto and Hamilton areas, is described as an Indigenous male, 32, 6 feet (183cm), 169 lbs (77 kgs) with brown hair and brown eyes, according to a news release.
Hale has a scar in the middle of his back and on his left forearm. He also has both ears pierced.
Hale has a number of tattoos:
• upper back - Happy Face
• right side of neck - crown
• right eyebrow - "WASP"
• bottom right side lip - "Unknown word"
• right hand - wavy happy face and 5 dots
• right fingers - "HATE"
• right cheek - "VI"
• right forearm - "STREET"
• right ankle - "OFF"
• right knee - Anarchy sign and 'MISTAKE IN ONLY AMIS"
• left cheek - 2x tear drops
• left fingers - "FUCK", and "MOB" on his thumb
• Left calf "DESIMATE TI" and $
Hale is serving a two-year, one-day sentence for robbery - use restricted/prohibited firearm.
