VIDEO: Shots fired at vehicles in Vaughan parking lot

Several vehicles in a parking lot had been struck by bullets, but no injuries were reported, police say

York Regional Police is appealing for witnesses and suspects after shots were fired at a business Vaughan early Sunday morning.

On Nov. 26 at approximately 5 a.m., officers responded to a business near Langstaff Road and Staffern Drive for a report of the sound of gunshots. When officers arrived, they found several vehicles in the parking lot had been struck by bullets.

No one was injured, police said.

It’s believed the suspect left the area in a four-door white sedan with tinted windows.

Investigators urge any witnesses who have not yet spoken with police to come forward. Anyone with information about this crime, or a video recording from the area around the time, such as from a vehicle dashcam, cell phone or security system, is asked to contact police as soon as possible.
