Suspect skips out on $1,150 cosmetic bill, wanted for fraud

The suspect is described as a female with a fair complexion, in her mid-20s, 5'3" tall, with long, dark brown hair. 

A woman who allegedly walked out without paying for a $1,150 cosmetic procedure is being sought for potential fraud, police said. 

On Dec. 5 York Regional Police received a report about a potential fraud. They learned a female had gone to the complainant's house for a cosmetic procedure. A price of $1,150 was agreed upon, but once the procedure was completed, the woman left the residence without paying. 

The woman is described as having fair complexion, in her mid-20s, 5'3" tall, with long dark brown hair.
