A motorcyclist who was transported to a local trauma centre following a Highway 11 crash has died, police say.
Orillia OPP say a 32-year-old male of Holland Landing succumbed to his injuries Sunday night and was pronounced deceased.
Highway 11 was closed from Line 3 to Line 4 in both directions Sunday evening for the single-vehicle motorcycle collision.
Officers responded along with Simcoe County Paramedic Services just before 6 p.m.
The road was reported reopened at around 9:15 p.m.
The crash remains under investigation, the OPP said in a news release.
