York Regional Police is seeking public assistance to locate a 40-year-old man missing from the City of Richmond Hill.

Shandy Harricharrandas was last seen on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, at approximately 8:10 a.m., when he left his residence on Castle Rock Drive to go to work. He did not arrive at work and did not return home. Police and his family are concerned for his well-being.

Description:

  • 40 years
  • Approximately 5'10, 170 lbs. with a medium build
  • Brown eyes, short curly black hair
  • Tattoo of his name on his upper right arm and a tattoo of a dancing Shiva on his upper left arm.
  • Last seen wearing a dark-coloured shirt and dress pants with brown or black dress shoes

Vehicle Description:

  • Black 2013 four-door Honda Accord
  • Licence plate BRZY163
  • Transformers logo sticker covering the Honda emblem on the front of the vehicle
