Resident finds bullet holes in house, vehicle near Main Street Markham

Investigators with the York Regional Police #5 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking witnesses after shots were fired in the City of Markham.

On Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at approximately 3:30 a.m., York Regional Police were called to Raymerville Drive in the area of 16th Avenue and Main Street North for a report of shots fired. A second call came in from a resident reporting there were bullet holes found in a residence and vehicle on Raymerville Drive. Fortunately no one was injured during the incident.

Investigators are appealing for any witnesses who have not yet spoken with police to come forward, as well as anyone with residential video surveillance or dashcam footage from the area at the time.
