Police are seeking the owners of stolen property after a woman was arrested following a break and enter in Vaughan.

In November, York Regional Police responded to a break-in at a home in the area of Clark Avenue and Charles Street. High-end jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, currency and other items were stolen.

On Jan. 16, Simone Telford, 33, of Toronto, was charged with break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, trafficking in possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, possession of a break-in instrument, and failing to comply with an undertaking.

At the time of the theft, the accused was on bail for unrelated offences, police said in a news release.

A search warrant at a residence in Toronto yielded some of the personal items that were stolen.

The number of items recovered have investigators believing there are more victims who have not yet come forward. Anyone who was a victim of a residential break-in between October and December are asked to view photos of the recovered items, which can be seen here, and contact police if any of the items are theirs.
