Over $900 worth of face serum stolen from Newmarket drug store

A loss prevention officer at the store said the suspects are repeat offenders

A pair of reportedly repeat offenders have stolen more than $900 worth of face serum from a Rexall in Newmarket. 

A man and woman entered the store at 16900 Yonge St. around 4:15 p.m. on March 10, according to Crime Stoppers of York Region's crime of the week.

They stole nine packages of Strivectin Face Serum, with an estimated total cost of $921. 

A loss prevention officer at the store told police that this duo have stolen from other Rexall locations in the past and have regularly been caught on their video surveillance systems. 

The woman is described as white, 30 to 35, with a medium build and long brown hair. At the time of the theft she was wearing a black winter coat, brown plaid scarf, black tights, and black and white running shoes. 

The man is described as white, 30 to 35, with a medium build and short dark hair. He was wearing a black Under Armour jacket, blue jeans and white running shoes.
