Two people have been charged in relation to thefts from vehicles in Bradford West Gwillimbury.
At about 5 p.m. Wednesday, a Bradford man contacted police after recognizing two suspects on Holland Street East who were involved in a theft from his vehicle on Tuesday. Police responded and arrested one suspect. The second suspect was arrested at about 7:45 p.m. in the area of Industrial Road and Dissette Street.
Christian Barber, 42, of Newmarket, and Brian Harte, 42, of no fixed address, have been charged with theft over $5,000, theft under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime, and possession of credit cards obtained by crime.
South Simcoe police recovered stolen property linked to numerous recent thefts from vehicles.
