York Regional Police is seeking public assistance to locate a 53-year-old woman missing from the City of Markham.
Weilian Zhou was last seen on Sunday, Aug. 11, 2019 at approximately 1:30 p.m., at a grocery store in the area of Steeles Avenue East and McCowan Road. She has not been in contact with family since, which is out of character for her.
Police and family members are growing increasingly concerned for her well-being.
Missing:
- Female
- Asian
- 5’4”, 130 lbs
- Short, curly black hair
- Last seen wearing a green short-sleeved shirt, pants, white shoes with multi-coloured stripes and carrying a black handbag
- Speaks Mandarin, limited English
