Man exposed himself to 15-year-old, 2 women in Stouffville

The suspect has approached the victims and exposed himself in three separate instances this month, police say

York Regional Police is seeking a suspect and witnesses following three indecent act incidents in Whitchurch-Stouffville this month.

In the first incident June 2, a male suspect pulled down his pants and exposed himself to a 15-year-old girl walking by in the area of an elementary school on Greenwood Road at about 3:30 p.m., according to a news release.

On June 24, just after 9 a.m., officers received a call from a woman in a park near Greenwood Road and Alderwood Street who said a man had walked up to her and exposed himself.  

Then on June 28 at about 9:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area of Greenwood Road and Forsyth Farm Drive when a 47-year-old woman walking her dog was approached by a man who exposed himself.  

Investigators believe the incidents were committed by the same suspect.  

He is described as aged 18 to early 20s, with brown skin tone, short brown hair and unshaven facial hair. He is about 5 feet 6 inches with a slim build. He was wearing bright-coloured hoodies (lime green or bright yellow) and multi-coloured pyjama pants.
