Investigators with the York Regional Police Homicide Unit are seeking witnesses following the suspicious death of a man in the City of Markham.
On Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2020, shortly after 2 p.m., York Regional Police were called to a residence on Feeney Lane for a report of a man who was found inside of a residence deceased. When officers arrived, they located a man believed to be his fifties, inside of the residence deceased.
His identity will not be released until after the post-mortem investigation.
Investigators are appealing to the community for any information on the whereabouts of the following vehicle:

- 2015 Honda CRV
- Black
- Ontario plate: BNEV917
Investigators are appealing to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area who have not yet spoken to police to please come forward. They are also appealing to anyone in the area with residential video surveillance that may have captured anything suspicious to please come forward.
