Residents of Bradford may have noticed several South Simcoe Police Service vehicles near the entrance to 114 Holland St. W. on Sunday morning, Oct. 1.
At about 7 a.m. police say they responded to a report of a dead man outside of the apartment building.
While police did not say whether the cause of death has been determined, they did say that investigators do not believe foul play is involved and the death is not considered suspicious.
They added that they believe there is no threat to public safety and the next of kin have been notified.
