A business owner from Aurora is facing charges as part of a fraud investigation.
On Nov. 25, 2020, North Bay OPP began an investigation into a fraud involving the construction of a structure on Highway 11 in Marten River.
On June 7, police arrested Luigi Gabriele, 77, and charged him with obtaining by false pretense over $5,000, theft over $5,000, and fraud over $5,000. He was released from custody and has a July 11 court date in North Bay.
