Investigators with the York Regional Police Hold-Up Unit are seeking suspects following a home invasion robbery in the City of Richmond Hill.

On Thursday, March 26, 2021, at approximately 1:15 a.m., police responded to a residence on Elgin Mills Road West, east of Bathurst Street, for report of a home invasion robbery.

Officers learned that at approximately 12:30 a.m., two male suspects entered the residence armed with handguns and demanded cash. The suspects obtained a quantity of cash and cellphones and fled from the scene. The victims were not physically injured.

The suspects were both described as male with medium builds, wearing masks and armed with handguns.

The investigation is ongoing.
