81-year-old man reported missing in Vaughan (update: located)

Samuel Lasko was last seen last evening at the Promenade Mall

Jan. 9 update:

York Regional Police have located an 81-year-old vulnerable man who was missing from the City of Vaughan.

Samuel Lasko was located on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2020, when he returned back to his residence.

York Regional Police is seeking public assistance to locate an 81-year-old vulnerable man who is missing from the City of Vaughan.

Samuel Lasko was last seen on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Promenade Mall, located in the area of Bathurst Street and Centre Street. He drove out of the parking lot and was supposed to be going to his residence which is located in the area of Yonge Street and Clarke Avenue, but he did not return home and his family have not been able to locate him. If located, Mr. Lasko may appear confused.

Police and family members are growing increasingly concerned for his well-being.

Missing:
    •    Male, white
    •    81 years
    •    5’10”, 190 lbs
    •    Last seen wearing a grey sweater, grey pants and black dress shoes
