2-vehicle collision closes Leslie in both directions at Davis

UPDATE: All lanes of Leslie Street have re-opened.

Leslie Street is closed in both directions at Davis Drive in Newmarket due to a collision. 

York Regional Police received a call at 1:37 p.m. for a collision involving two vehicles in the middle of the road, Sgt. Clint Whitney said. 

There were some injuries reported but they are not considered major. 

Leslie is closed for a standard collision investigation following this incident.
