Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023 in her 91st year.
Beloved mother of Andrew (Michelle). Proud grandmother of Jordan and Michael. Loving sister of Doug (Nancy) and Cheryl (Paul). Great aunt to Danielle, Zachary, Jim, Brian, and Sandra. Partner of the late William Pincombe. Joyce was born on Thursday, June 2nd, 1932 in Toronto, Ontario to loving parents Balfour and Dorothy Fowler. She had a successful and fulfilling career as an elementary school teacher, notably at King George and Stuart Scott schools. As per Joyce’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
