It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Frans Visser on July 30, 2023, at the age of 77 years. Frans leaves behind his wife Catherine and his children Michael and Laura (Wes); and his grandchildren Willem and Luke. Your thoughts, kind words, and shared memories are greatly appreciated.
