Dave Vincent passed away at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Center with Carol and Jess by his side, at the age of 65.
Mourning his passing is his devoted wife Carol Ann Vincent (nee Findlay), his daughter who was his complete pride and joy, Jessica Ann Vincent (Jake) and his beloved dog, Dusty.
David worked 32 years for General Motors Canada in both Scarborough and Oshawa facilities where he made many wonderful friendships.
David was predeceased by his parents Bill and Helen (Findley).
On October 19, 1991, he married the love of his life, Carol Ann Vincent.
Dave was passionate about many sports over the years, typically involving motors of some sort but boating and his boating family has been his greatest pleasure over the past 22 years. The friendships forged through boating have truly become an extended family to Dave, Carol, and Jess.
Dave will be deeply missed by his brothers, sisters an in-laws; Doug Vincent (Gayle), Sandra McLean, Donald Vincent, Judith Lewis (Mike), Julie King (Brian), Jessie Findlay, Roberta Findlay, and Stephen Anderson (Patricia).
Dave was a fun-loving uncle who loved to tease and took immense pride in his many nieces and nephews; Ryan, Lindsey, Brody, Jason, John (Amy), Owen, Emma, William, Julie (Richie), Amanda (Gabe), Wade and Linda.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Those wishing, memorial donations to the Vasculitis Foundation Canada or your local animal shelter/rescue organization would be appreciated.
