June Ann Tizzard passed away peacefully at home with her family with her, on Friday, 27th January 2023 at the age of 77 years. She was the beloved Mother of Stephen Antony Tizzard and Sarah Louise Bowsher.
Proud Grandparent of Lauren Paige Bowsher and Natalie Grace Bowsher, and beloved Mother-in-Law of Stephen Bradley Bowsher and Michael Peter Barker. Daughter of the late Margaret Eunice Bailey and John Stephen Francis Bailey.
June was born in Portsmouth, a seaside town in Hampshire, England in 1945. June enjoyed reading, knitting and doing puzzle books. June moved to Canada in 2007 to be with her beloved family, and see her grandchildren grow up.
Stephen and Sarah would specifically like to thank Steve and Mike, who have the biggest hearts, and helped to make June’s last few weeks, the most comfortable, respectful and pain free for her. They dearly loved her. She fought her cancer to the end, with her loving family around her. June will be missed by all who knew her. She is now at peace.
The family would like to thank Dr. Katie Mulhern and her Palliative Care Team, who provided the best care to June in her end of life care.

There will be a visitation from 11:00am-1.00pm on Tuesday, 7th February, followed by a service at 1.00pm. A reception will be hosted at Steve and Sarah’s house after the service.
