September 16th, 1955 - January 24th, 2024
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Luminita (Lumi) Rosianu. She leaves behind her mother Varvara, husband Stefan, daughter Emma, son in law Dan and her beloved grandchildren Matteo, Julia and Victoria which were the light of her life. She was the rock of our family and will forever be missed.
Her love, kindness, generosity and words of wisdom will continue to guide us and help us find strength again.
As we try to cope with this sudden loss and emptiness in our hearts we find some comfort in the meaning of her name which is “little light”. A light that knows no fear of the dark.
Dear Lord, you have always shown us the way from darkness into the light. For all of us that are struggling to see the light, we ask that you shine it a bit brighter in our world. Grant us all the grace to see a way forward through the present darkness. Lumi’s light may now be shining off in the distance but will forever be in our hearts.
Let the name you carry glimmer in the night and guide the way!
