01-May-1936 - 10-Jun-2022

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of our beloved Lorraine. Lorraine was born in Maxwell Ontario in 1936 to parents Grace and Mervyn Wright. She was predeceased by twin sister Noreen and younger sister Gloria and brothers Don and Billy. And she will be sadly missed by younger sister Sandie.

Lorraine and Bill Pollock married in 1955 and move to King City where they lived for 60 years and raised three children. Lorraine worked as a book keeper for a variety of companies over her career including a interior design studio, a children's clothing store and lawyers office.

Lorraine and Bill travelled to many places with friends and family. To the Islands for winter vacations, Europe and their last excursion was an Alaska cruise. By then they were long time snowbirds spending the winters in Frostproof Florida and playing Shuffleboard. Lorraine was a Florida State Champion and became a tournament director. This position kept her and Bill very busy travelling around many parts of Florida where they became friends with so many more great people. In 2014 after spending summers at Wasaga Beach they made it their permanent home where family and friends came often. This beautiful lady always made the most of life but after a brief but difficult illness was ready to take her place in heaven.

Beloved wife to William Samuel (for 68 years), Children: David (Jenny), Danny (Josie) and Jodi (John) Martin. Grandchildren: Amy (Matt), Adam (Tanya), C.J. (Maddy), Cody (Lana), Cory (Daniela), Calina (Christian), Sam and Grace. Great-grandchildren: Hannah, Liam, Parker and Logan.

A Funeral Service will take place on Saturday June 18, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. at All Saints Anglican Church, 12935 Keele Street, King City, Ontario L7B 1G2. A time of fellowship to follow service in the church auditorium.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Lorraine's name can be made to the West Park Healthcare Centre.
