September 8th, 1929 - January 19th, 2023
In her 94th year passed away comfortably on January 19, 2023. Grace, beloved wife for 66 years of Harold (deceased) Mother of Gregory, Marilyn (Doug), Nancy (Rene) and Grandmother to Alexander, William, Coleman and Katelyn. Grace was a force to be reckoned with who took every opportunity to live life to its fullest. Grace said one regret in life was that she did not take up golf early enough. She will be dearly missed by her many friends and family. She was an avid bridge player, and enjoyed being a part of many social groups.
Special thanks to everyone at The Roxborough where Mom made her home for the past 6 years. Special thanks to Southlake Regional Hospital that made Grace comfortable in her final days.
There will be a celebration of life held at Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St. S., Newmarket L3Y 3Y9 with visitation January 24, 2023 from 7 - 9 pm and January 25, 2023 from 10:30 -11:30 am prior to the service starting January 25, 2023 at 11:30 am. A reception will follow upstairs. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation, or Scott Mission.
