Charles (Chuck) Nicholas Needham left this world on February 29th, 2024 after a difficult battle with cancer. He had just entered his 55th year. Left behind to mourn are his wife Lisa, his children Mitchell and Shannon, his parents Carole and Michael and his brother Michael (Barbara). He was also an uncle, a cousin and a great friend. He will be missed by a large, loving family in England.
Chuck enjoyed spending time at the cottage fishing, boating and sitting around a bonfire. He also enjoyed golfing, dirt biking and having a pint with friends. He loved a good laugh, telling stories and joking around. He had a smile that was contagious. Unfortunately, Chuck’s last 2.5 years were spent trying to beat his cancer diagnosis. In the end, it was too much. I would like to say a huge thank you to Chuck’s entire oncology team at Odette Cancer Center. Their determination, kindness and compassion helped Chuck get through each
appointment with a smile
There will be no funeral. Chuck had asked that everyone raise a glass in his honour and share a good laugh instead.
Rest in peace now Chuck, your painful journey is over.
