Passed away peacefully at Margaret Bahen hospice on September 29, 2023 at 75 years of age.
Loving husband of Susan (nee McCurry) for 22 years. Beloved stepfather of Aaron and Nikki (deceased 2013). Proud grandfather of Abby and Alyssa. Dear son of the late Walter Samuel Neat.
Survived by cousins Tom and Jackie Blubaugh, David, Summer and family. Dear son of the late Walter Samuel Neat.
Walter was a very proud Veteran and shared many funny experiences with the family. Walter loved painting and spoiling his granddaughters. Aaron was his best buddy.
The family would like to thank the staff at both Southlake regional hospital and Margaret Behn hospice.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket on Friday, October 13 from 12 - 2 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 1 p.m.
