Passed away peacefully at Southlake Village on Saturday, March 30, 2024, in her 90th year. Loving wife of George Mullen for over 58 years. She will be missed dearly by her family and close friends. Betty had a long and successful career with Bell Canada for more than 38 years as a telephone operator. She loved her plants and had quite the green thumb, filling her and George’s home with flowers and plants. She was an excellent knitter and crocheter; always working on a few projects, she could make just about anything. She showed her love for her family and friends with her cooking and baking, always making sure they were well fed with a home-cooked meal.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Southlake Village for their care.
Friends may call at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, on Thursday, April 4th, 2024, from 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., service will commence at 11:00 a.m. followed by a luncheon. Interment will be held at the Queensville Cemetery.
