McCARTHY, Carmen Roy

November 30, 1935 – March 14, 2024

Passed away peacefully with family by his side at Hospice Simcoe, Barrie in his 89th year.  

Loving husband of Cindy (nee Crifero) for 45 years.

Beloved father of Mark (Jacqueline), Kelly (John-deceased), Jeff (Pauline).

Proud grandfather of Mark Jr (Ashley), Daniel (deceased), Kevin (Leanna), Lucas (Jessica), Evan and Paul.

Proud great grandfather of Jameson, Weston and Baby River (expected July 2024).

Much loved brother of Carol and Warren (Cindy).

Carmen will be missed by extended family and many friends.

The family would like to thank the caring nursing staff of RVH, Barrie and the compassionate staff of Hospice Simcoe, Barrie.

A Celebration of Life will take place on April 7, 2024, 1 pm to 4 pm at the North Spoke Community Centre (15 Main Street, (Sandycove Acres) Innisfil, ON).

A private interment will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations greatly appreciated to Hospice Simcoe.
