A kind and gentle lady has left us, one who forgave all those who hurt her through her long and sometimes painful life, some of those pains brought on by her grandchildren, her great grand children, brothers and sister, with the exception of her brother Mike, whom she loved dearly.

ANNE MARSH in her 100th year, wife of her late husband Lorne, mother of her late son James, mother to the love of her life, Lorna Anne and mother to her son Glenn and his wife Connie whom she loved beyond words. With a special love for Della Groulx who has shown her a special kindness for the past 58 years. Anne, born in Prague, Czechoslovakia, immigrated to Canada when she was 7 years old.

For many years she toiled in the fields with her poor parents, John and Mary Stasko, then, operated a turret lathe in a munitions factory during the second world war. For years she also worked as a furrier for "Creeds" in Toronto, then, later in life, was an important part of "Arc Industries" for the mentally and physically handicapped, she also volunteered at York County Hospital for over 15 years.

Anne was very religious, helping the "Sisters of Providence" at "Sacred Heart Parish" in King, and becoming the very first President of the "CWL" for that parish. If possible, in leu of flowers, please make a small donation to the "Dementia Foundation" in your area.
