Florence Jessie Lewis (Wrightson) passed away at Southlake Regional Hospital on Monday August 7, 2023 in her 83rd year.
Loving wife of Donald for 56 years. Beloved mother of David (Charlene), Theo Ann (Sean Byrne) and Timothy. Proud grandmother of Cody, Madison, Roan and Rily. Sister of Robert (Wrightson), Mary Margaret (Wrightson) and Lois (Wrightson).
Flo shared a wonderful life with Donald until his passing 5 years ago. Together over 50 years theirs was a true lifelong love affair.
His loss was one she never fully recovered from.
She was a lifelong animal lover, with a true appreciation for the wonders of nature. She inspired these things in her children as well.
She and Don spent summers farming and cottaging.
Flo had a talent for many things including cooking, sewing, quilting and gardening.
She was always on the hunt for a treasured antique and spend many weekends working antique shows with Don while they had the Cat's Meow Antique shop.
Flo lived a wonderful, rich life and she will be truly missed.
