Patricia Joan Grabinsky passed away peacefully at Margaret Bahen Hospice on Saturday December 2, 2023 with family by her side in her 79th year.
Beloved Mother of Gregory (Josie) and Laura (Francis). Proud Grandmother of Anthony, Mary Rose, Hannah & Alex, Addison, Regan & Daniel and Great Grandmother of Quincy. Sister of Gary (Kay) Kolbec and the late Joseph. Loving daughter of the late Joseph & Sophie Kolbec. Survived by her Aunt, Lillian Cameron.
Pat will be remembered for her great sense of humour, her love and sense of pride for her children and grandchildren, her passion for cards, mainly Eucre, and her greatest joy of shopping for her Grandchildren.
