Jacqueline DeNuzzo was born on October 2nd, 1942 in Toulouse, France.
She met and fell in love with Orlando DeNuzzo in France and a few years later migrated to Canada to begin a new life.
Jacqueline and Orlando had five children, Richard, Rocky, Carlo, Isabelle and Marco who they raised in the Greater Toronto area and later she retired to Newmarket with her husband and is survived by Carlo, Isa and Mark. She lived a great life with many adventures with her sons, daughter, and extended family over the years, and will be dearly missed by them, as well as her 10 Grand Children and 9 Great Grand Children.
She spoke 3 languages French, Italian, and English and devoted her entire life to raising her kids. She was an avid fan of Shirley Temple and could not resist any Daniele Steels novel. She loved to travel and would never miss a Family get together. Her love of seafood was evident as she could not get enough of feasting on Lobster and Oysters, which were her favourite. She was an avid collector of house Plants and loved her dogs which were her constant companion throughout the years; having had several toy poodles, which we could easily describe as well spoilt.
She passed away on April 28th, 2022, and was loved by everyone she knew. She was always available to Family and Friends who needed her help.
Her compassion, kindness and friendly smile, gentle ways and words of encouragement, will live on in our memories.
Family & Friends can call at Taylor Funeral Home at 524 Davis Drive, Newmarket 905-898-2100. Visitation will be held on on Tuesday, May 3th, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 12 p. m. Service to follow in the Chapel at 12:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Mt. Hope Catholic Cemetery, 305 Erskine Avenue, Toronto.
