Ontario high school boys lacrosse competition coming to Georgina

Aurora High, Keswick High taking on seeded teams from across the province at June 2 to 4 Boys A/AA Lacrosse Festival at the ROC in Keswick

The 2024 Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations' Boys A/AA Lacrosse Festival, hosted by the York Region Athletic Association, will take place June 3 and 4 at the Georgina ROC playing fields, in partnership with the Chippewa of Georgina Island First Nation.

Student athletes from across Ontario will represent their school and compete in hopes of winning the OFSAA championship while participating in "the Creator’s Game," an OFSAA news release said.

Participating teams include (in order of seeding):

Governor Simcoe Secondary School — St. Catharines
Patrick Fogarty Catholic Secondary School — Orillia
McKinnon Park High School — Caledonia
Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School — Peterborough
Holy Trinity High School — Courtice
Aurora High School — Aurora
Huntsville High School — Huntsville
Keswick High School — Keswick
EL Crossley — Fonthill
St. Mark High School — Ottawa
Crestwood Preparatory College — Toronto
King’s Christian Collegiate — Oakville
