You can get you vehicle soaped up for a good cause at the CARSTAR Newmarket annual Soaps It Up car wash fundraiser on Saturday, July 8.
From June to September, CARSTAR is celebrating Shine Season, with its locations across North America committed to raising $500,000 this year for Cystic Fibrosis Canada and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The annual Soaps It Up car wash fundraiser is one of CARSTAR’s largest initiatives in its 25 years of support in the fight against cystic fibrosis.
The local car wash is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 445 Harry Walker Pkwy. North.
"We would be thankful for any amount of support to help us organize a successful fundraising event," CARSTAR Newmarket said.
Together with its partners, CARSTAR has raised more than $4 million in the fight against cystic fibrosis, which are valuable funds used for research, care and advocacy.
