The Grady Brothers live at Market Brewing

The Grady Brothers perform at Market Brewing Company, 17775 Leslie St., Saturday, Oct. 17 from 3 to 6 p.m. Siblings Andrew and Matt have been entertaining audiences across southern Ontario for over a decade with their renditions of a wide range of popular songs from country to Celtic, classic rock to today’s hits.

Fall market series at Upper Canada Mall

The Best of Fall Market runs Oct. 17 and 18 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Upper Canada Mall South East parking lot, 17600 Yonge St. Hosted by Mama’s Locally, this pop-up event features 40 local vendors showcasing home decor, clothing, beauty products, a funnel cake food truck, and much more. Haunted hollows scream park

Be scared if you dare! Set on one and a half sprawling acres, Haunted Hollows Scream Park features more than 30 spine-tingling individual scenes with live actors and professional lighting and sounds. This haunting walk-thru experience runs Friday and Saturday evenings in October from 7 to 10 p.m. Masks mandatory. 18444 Yonge St. (just north of Green Lane). Tickets $20

CHATS online scavenger hunt

Virtually travel throughout York Region collecting artifacts and earning points in the CHATS Online Scavenger Hunt running through Oct. 19. Created by Mark Kolb, owner of Brainy Games, participants will also unscramble and answer trivia questions to collect worldwide landmarks. Prizes awarded to top point earners. Self-care online workshop

Kids, join Rory and Skippy on an adventure to find their coping tools in Youthspeak’s free online workshop Building a Self Care Toolkit Wednesday, Oct. 21 from 4 to 5 p.m. This fun and interactive event will provide youngsters with 10 tools for managing stress and anxiety and teach adults how to help implement them in order to be effective.
