The westbound lane of Tyler Street will temporarily close from April 1 to Oct. 31 to facilitate the structural steel installation of the Aurora United Church.
During this time, vehicles can only travel in the eastbound lane direction from Temperance to Yonge Street to ensure public safety and expedite the structural steel work on the Aurora United Church, which was destroyed by fire in April 2014.
"Residents and commuters are advised to plan their routes accordingly, as heavy equipment and boom trucks will be on site throughout the construction period," the town stated in a news release.
