Two young suspects caught on camera vandalizing Newmarket building

Crime of the Week: A male and female, believed to be 18 to 20 years old, are wanted by York Regional Police in the July 9 incident

York Regional Police are looking for two suspects wanted in a late night vandalism incident at a business in Newmarket. 

On July 9, the pair was seen on video surveillance at 470 Harry Walker Parkway South in Newmarket, which is home to Util-Assist, according to Crime Stoppers of York Region's Crime of the Week.

Around 1 a.m., the property was vandalized with spray paint on a wall and near the doorway of the building. 

The suspects are both white and believed to be between 18 to 20 years old. 

The male suspect has a thin build and black unkempt hair. He was wearing a black Abercrombie & Fitch hoodie with blue jeans and glasses. 

The female suspect also has a thin build and long dark hair. She was wearing a dark hoodie, dark sweatpants and flip flops.
